North Georgia Mountain Realty

My husband & I were visiting in North Carolina 2 years ago. We have friends that moved to Cleveland, GA 8 years ago & also visited them. My husband had gone on-line & found a home that Harriet had advertised that he specifically wanted to see. So we contacted Harriet to let her know of our interest in that house, as well as our basic house interests. We scheduled an appointment. When we met with her we had additional listings we had found on-line. She also had printed out additional listings that might interest us. Between the 3 of us we narrowed the grouping down to several possibilities. Harriet not only took us around to those of interest, but also gave us various history information as we went along, since were had lived in Florida all our lives & had decided to move to Georgia which we would not do at that time for 2 years when my husband would take early retirement. Absolutely down to earth, people-oriented, & she found us a great deal. Once we made our choice, Harriet set up everything with the lawyer, bank, sellers, etc. & by the end of that July, after only a few weeks, with all paperwork being handled by e-mail, we purchased our home which we just moved into 3 weeks ago. We recommend Harriet every chance we get. She treats everyone just like family!!!

my son convinced me to buy a lot next to a house he bought in the north Georgia hills. He put me in touch with Harriett and after I decided to buy she arranged the loan, the closing, and the taxes in record time. If I decide to sell I'm calling her.

When I asked Harriet to find me a property on some acreage, I did not reveal that I also am a Realtor (in Florida). I wanted to observe how she did her job and have the freedom to go elsewhere if I came to the conclusion she did not meet my level of professionalism. Well, to my complete surprise I found that she was doing a better job than I ever could have.
After carefully taking note of what we were looking for, and let me add that my wife's and my wishes were not exactly identical, she proceeded to show us one property after another that came very close to being perfect. After a while she narrowed it down to the perfect choice and helped us negociate the deal of a lifetime.
If you are looking for Mountain Property in N. Georgia, look no further, but call Harriet.

We have a very busy tourist business and many customers mention they would like to move to this area or get a second home up here. The only person we put them in touch with is Harriett Carter, not only a good person and friend, but she is the hardest working, most honest and helpful realtor we have ever known.

I’ve lived in North Georgia for over 13 years and have known Harriet most of that time, (as well as other realtors).
I have a few rentals here and when the time came to put one up for sale the only person I thought of was her.
Harriet is now in the process of trying to sell my property, I know if anyone can find a seller it will be her.
Her commission is competitive for this area and she really works to put the property out there to sell.
I recommend her highly!

Harriet Carter is a professional in very way imaginably. If you need anything done in reality she is the one. White County Georgia is the best as i own property there and most of reason i bought there was due to her. She is the best for what she does and i highly recommend her. Thanks Harriet.

we found out about harriet from a friend of ours that we knew in south florida. we told him we were wanting to look for property in n.e. georgia, and he said i have just the person for you. he had worked with her in the past and said she was awesome. we met her a few months later and instantly connected. she walked properties that i would have never dreamed of walking before (STEEP!!!!!), but absolutely breathtaking. and then she showed us the property of our dreams.not only 1 piece, but 2.not only did she sell us our dream land, but we also became friends. and although we don't see or speak to each other often, when we do it is like we are best friends. harriet is not only an awesome realtor, but a wonderful & caring person, and we love her.
