awesome but expensive!
I love golf and I love being pampered. To combine the two is just heaven to me. If you can afford it, this is the way to go!

Best Hot stone
I had the works on my romantic weekend get-a-way. I loved it all, but especially the hot stone massage. I can't say enough how pampered I felt and how relaxing it was. My hubby got one also and loved it too!

Over Rated
A Lot of reviews are done by workers/employers..this place honestly is a good place to get away but that is it. Food sucks..staff very nice. overall spent $500 at the spa alone and tried different massages..each day.. they all suck..facial definitely waste of money..do not get caught fall for the product buying tactic. i fell for it $200 she got me for.

worst massage ever
For $320 you would think that the massage would be top notch. Bad massage, bad atmosphere, bad facilities, rude staff, I am pretty sure they used vegetable oil for the massage.

Relaxing...
It was such a relaxing day! I visited the spa for an herbal detox wrap and hot stone massage. The wrap was great! Hot Stone was not terrible but I have had better. The facility was amazing. I loved the women's locker room had everything you could need. I wish I had more time and more services booked the day I was there. It was a very relaxing experience! I would totally go back anytime!

Our visit to the spa was less than enjoyable. They herd you through like cattle. We had long waits in between services in a room with 8-10 people at any given time. The day we were there my massage room had construction going on outside the window. The facial was horrible and focus was on selling you Jurlique products. Not a relaxing visit. Won't be back.

Beautiful, but don't go cheap!
I live in Flowery Branch near Chateau Elan and as I drive past it every day, I get to see the grounds that are one of the most beautiful in the state. Last year, I attended the spa on the cheapie day package and while I loved every moment of the exquisite locker room, the full access to the sauna and whirlpool, and included lunch at Fleur-de-Lis, the actual treatments left a little to be desired.

The facials are marvelous - the best I've ever had - and the pedicures are relaxing and entertaining. However, the massage was not what I was expecting. I got the Swedish Massage and even while the therapist was telling me "I'm going so much deeper than normal!" I felt like I got more benefit from the chair massages offered at work.

Everyone was very friendly after you made it past the somewhat stuffy front desk. Also, it is very odd to notice that everyone who works there is either foreign or from the deep South. It's like a job requirement is that you have an accent. The waiting room for the massage was full of business travelers from other states and while it was entertaining to watch the differences in culture, it did break up the 'spa experience.'

Overall, I'm planning on going back in March with my sisters and I can't wait! However, this time, I'm making sure to shell out the extra bucks to go a'la carte and get the upgraded treatments. My advice: go with friends and don't skimp. You'll have a great time!
