BEWARE - These Dentists are Salespeople above all!

I went to Dr. Williams as a new patient for regular cleaning. Before I knew it he had me spending thousand of dollars on unneeded work. His ultimate plan was some $35,000 in dental work that was not explained to me. Just keep coming and paying was their mode of operations. I went to a different dentist and did not say anything. The new dentist took new digital pictures (as Dr. Williams' would not release my digital pictures, even though they are my property), cleaned and examined my teeth. The new dentist reported everything was fine....."See you in 6 months" for your next cleaning. BEWARE with Suwanee Dental as they do not share with their patients their intentions to perform expensive and probably unnecessary work. I got ripped off for several thousand dollars before I recognized what was going on.

Unprofessional-Poor Purchasing Experience

Don't expect anything new here. When purchasing my car I could not get much information about the net price I was paying, interest rate on my lease, etc. even though I specifically asked. Then watch out for the really 'hard sell' in the bookeepers/closers office. After waiting an hour, they will try to sell you countless expensive and unnecessary extended warranties. Never again. I should have walked out. Service Dept is very good.

Lengthy procedures

Very friendly people and nice offices, but procedures were lengthy and we questioned whether some procedures were necessary.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our 20th Anniversary at the Four Seasons. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the room service.

Excellent Watch Repair

I found Gainesville Jewelry on Kudzu and took in 5+ watches that needed new batteries. They were very fast, friendly and affordable. I don't know about their jewelry pricing.

Fair Service - Replace A/C Unit with non-OEM

N Pole replaced my A/C unit and did a satisfactory job. I was unhappy they did not replace my 'Trane' with a 'Trane, but rather a no-name brand. American Home Shield provides for the original equipment to be replaced with the original equipment. i.e. a Cadillac with a Cadillac....not a Cadillac with a Kia. Be careful with this vendor.
